  • 1 cup ground beef or cubed tofu
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Korean gochujang sauce (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing and chopping all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef or tofu until browned and fully cooked, seasoning with salt.
