- 4 cups crusty bread, cubed (day-old preferred)

Instructions
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side).
- For the croutons, toss bread cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine with half of the Parmesan cheese. Drizzle dressing over the salad while gently tossing until well coated.
