  • 1 cup bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup cucumbers, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp or tofu (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup hoisin-peanut dipping sauce

Instructions
