  • 6 oz ramen noodles
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Green onions, for garnish
  • Soft-boiled eggs (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, place the chicken breasts. Add minced garlic and grated ginger on top.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce; stir gently.
  3. After cooking on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, add sliced carrots and spinach during the last 20 minutes.
  4. Add ramen noodles to the pot for the final cooking time of 10 minutes.
  5. Drizzle sesame oil before serving and garnish with green onions and optional soft-boiled eggs.
