Instructions
- Wash and peel the Russet potatoes. Slice them into rounds about 1/8-inch thick.
- Set your Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode and melt the butter inside.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Layer half of the potato slices in the pot followed by half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat with remaining potatoes and cheese.
- Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes. Allow a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before opening.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
