  • 2 cups fresh spinach or kale
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Cook the pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot. Add pasta and cook until al dente, reserving 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
