  • 4 cups fresh spinach (or 1 cup frozen, thawed and drained)
  • 1 cup canned or frozen artichoke hearts (drained)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella and parmesan blend)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  3. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Fold in fresh spinach and drained artichokes into the creamy mixture.
  5. Combine the cooked chicken with the creamy mixture until evenly coated.
  6. Pour everything into the greased baking dish and top generously with shredded cheese.
