Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pound chicken breasts to about half an inch thick.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread filling on each chicken breast and roll tightly. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
