  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease an 8-inch square baking dish.

  3. In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mixing gently until just combined; small lumps are okay.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
