  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 2 green onions (chopped for garnish)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Shred the cooked chicken using two forks.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, half of the cheddar cheese, and additional salt/pepper until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before garnishing with chopped green onions. Serve warm with chips or veggie sticks.
