- 2 ears grilled corn, kernels removed

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill corn cobs for about 10 minutes until tender and charred. Allow to cool before cutting off the kernels.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, grilled corn kernels, avocado cubes, and red onion.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together lemon juice and olive oil. Drizzle over the salad mixture and toss gently until well combined.
