  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup bacon bits (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  2. In the crockpot, combine the browned beef, onion, garlic, potatoes, carrots, and beef broth. Stir well.

  5. Once cooked, stir in cheddar cheese until melted. Serve topped with bacon bits if desired.
