- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, blend softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and eggs until well combined.
- Gently fold in mixed berries without crushing them.
- Pour the filling over the crust evenly and bake for 30-35 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow cooling at room temperature before chilling in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
- Slice into bars and serve chilled.
