  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano & basil)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in parmesan cheese and dried herbs until creamy.
  4. Preheat Blackstone griddle on medium heat; drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Drizzle the sauce over chicken during the last few minutes of cooking.
  7. Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
