  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 4 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil. Cook chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let rest.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté diced green bell pepper and sliced onion until softened.
  3. Shred the rested chicken and mix with buffalo sauce until well-coated. Add to the skillet with veggies and stir until heated through.
  4. Top the mixture with provolone cheese and cover briefly to melt.
