  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded provolone or cheddar cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
