  • 3 boneless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the chicken until golden brown (about 6-7 minutes per side). Shred the cooked chicken with two forks.
