- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Rinse Arborio rice under cold water until clear. Cook in 3 cups salted water over medium heat until tender and creamy. Allow to cool.
- In a skillet, sauté ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add Bulgogi marinade and simmer until thickened.
- Mix in shredded mozzarella until melted into the beef mixture.
- Form arancini by taking about 2 tablespoons of cooled rice, flattening it in your palm, adding a spoonful of bulgogi filling in the center, and encasing it with rice.
- Roll each ball in flour, dip into beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown; drain on paper towels before serving.
