  • 1 cup marinated Bulgogi beef
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Rinse Arborio rice until the water runs clear. Cook in 4 cups of water over medium heat until creamy and al dente (about 20 minutes).
  2. In a skillet, cook the marinated Bulgogi beef over medium-high heat until browned.
  3. In a bowl, mix cooked rice, Bulgogi beef, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Allow to cool slightly.
  4. Form mixture into balls (about 2 tablespoons each) and coat them in beaten eggs followed by Panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat and fry arancini until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per batch). Drain on paper towels.
