Instructions
- Cook Arborio rice according to package instructions; let cool completely.
- Mix Bulgogi beef with soy sauce, garlic powder, and green onions; marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Sauté the beef mixture in vegetable oil over medium-high heat until browned (5-7 minutes); cool slightly.
- Take about two tablespoons of cooled rice, flatten it, add a spoonful of bulgogi filling and cheese in the center, then fold around to form a ball.
- Roll each ball in beaten eggs and then panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat; fry arancini until golden brown (3-4 minutes).
- Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels; serve warm.
