- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
