  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, mozzarella, and Parmesan until smooth.
  3. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle (about ¼-inch thick).
  4. Cut the dough into triangles resembling Christmas trees. Place spoonfuls of filling at the base of each triangle and fold over the sides to enclose the filling.
  5. Brush each breadstick with olive oil and sprinkle additional Parmesan on top.
