  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté spinach in a skillet over medium heat until wilted (about 3 minutes). Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix sautéed spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, and Parmesan until smooth.
  4. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle; cut into triangles for tree branches.
  5. Place spoonfuls of the dip on the wide end of each triangle and roll towards the point, pinching the sides to seal.
  6. Arrange on a lined baking sheet; brush with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
