  • 2 bay leaves

Instructions

  4. Pour in diced tomatoes and beef broth; add bay leaves and stir to combine.
  5. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours until the beef is fork-tender.
