  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 8 oz lo mein noodles (cooked)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste or fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and chop bell peppers and carrots into thin strips.
