Ingredients
- 24 oz frozen potato and cheese pierogi
- 14 oz fully cooked kielbasa, sliced
- 1 large sweet onion, diced
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Sauté diced onions in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
- Add sliced kielbasa to the skillet and cook until browned.
