- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- Sour cream or Greek yogurt for serving
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and chopped onions until the meat is crumbly. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth until well combined.
