  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the Eggs: Place the eggs in a pot, cover with cold water by an inch, bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat; let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the Eggs: Transfer boiled eggs to an ice bath or run under cold water until cool.
  3. Peel with Care: Tap each egg on a hard surface until cracks form, then roll gently and peel under running water.
  4. Prepare the Filling: Slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop yolks into a bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Spoon It In: Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle paprika over each deviled egg and serve immediately or chill until ready.
