  • 1 large red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped

  • Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions
