  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping onions and garlic.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until combined.
