  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil (canola preferred)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup buttercream frosting
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease mini cake pans.
