Instructions
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter until bubbly.
- Add the seasoned tilapia fillets to the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and flaky.
