  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine raspberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice; gently toss and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
  4. Press two-thirds of the crumble mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Spread raspberry filling evenly on top.
  5. Sprinkle remaining crumble over raspberries and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool completely before slicing into squares.
