  • 4 rock cod fillets (approximately 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • Optional: chili flakes for added heat

Instructions
