Description

S’mores Seven Layer Bars combine the nostalgic flavors of classic s’mores into an irresistible dessert. With layers of crunchy graham crackers, rich chocolate, gooey marshmallows, and a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk, each bite takes you back to summer campfires. Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until crumbly. Stir in cocoa powder until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  4. Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips and mini marshmallows over the cooled base.
  5. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the top and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
