- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions
- Slice beef flank steak against the grain into thin strips. Mince garlic and grate ginger. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Marinate the beef in a bowl with soy sauce, cornstarch, minced garlic, and grated ginger for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef in batches; cook until browned (about 3-4 minutes).
- If using, toss in sliced bell peppers during the last minute of cooking.
- Add cooked egg noodles and any remaining marinade to the skillet; toss until combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
