  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Brush half of the mixture over each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
