- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large fresh Granny Smith apples, diced
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
- In a large bowl, blend cream cheese with remaining sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix well.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until just combined. Fold in diced apples coated with cinnamon and swirl half of the salted caramel into the batter.
- Pour over the baked crust and bake for 50–60 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours.
- Serve topped with remaining salted caramel.
