- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Popsicle molds
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries, then chop them into small pieces.
- In a blender, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds briefly before gently pulling out each bite.
