Beat the heat with these refreshing Strawberry Yogurt Bites, a creamy and fruity treat that’s perfect for summer snacking. With the natural sweetness of ripe strawberries blended into creamy yogurt, these bites offer a delightful burst of flavor in every frozen morsel. Easy to make and utterly delicious, they’re sure to bring back nostalgic memories of sunny days spent outdoors.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Popsicle molds

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, then chop them into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for 4-6 hours or until solid.
  5. To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds briefly before gently pulling out each bite.
