  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
