- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 6 corn or flour tortillas
- 1 avocado (sliced)
Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp in jerk seasoning and lime juice for at least 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage, salt, lime juice, and cilantro; set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated shrimp for 3-4 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Warm tortillas in another skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas and topping with slaw and avocado slices.
