  • 1 lb shrimp (fresh or thawed)
  • 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup cabbage (shredded)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 6 corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 avocado (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the shrimp in jerk seasoning and lime juice for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage, salt, lime juice, and cilantro; set aside.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated shrimp for 3-4 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. Warm tortillas in another skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  5. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas and topping with slaw and avocado slices.
  6. Garnish with extra cilantro and serve immediately with lime wedges.
