- 15 oz whole-milk ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the no-boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and add marinara sauce; let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with the egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in a baking dish. Layer with noodles, followed by cheese mixture and shredded mozzarella. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
