  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Korean soy sauce (low-sodium recommended)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob, kernels removed
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes until smooth to create the marinade.
