  • 1 cup ditalini pasta
  • 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, carrots, and celery; sauté until softened.
  2. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and rinsed cannellini beans. Cook for about 5 minutes to meld flavors.
