  • 8 oz spaghetti (whole wheat or gluten-free)
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (fire-roasted recommended)
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
  2. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the Crockpot. Layer with diced tomatoes, garlic, onions, bell peppers, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
