  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 12 oz fresh or frozen tortellini
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot and season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic on top of the chicken.
  3. 3. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; stir gently.
