  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs, beaten

  • Sweet chili sauce for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
