- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare three bowls: one with flour mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; another with whisked eggs; and the third with panko breadcrumbs.
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Dredge each piece in the flour mixture, dip in the egg wash, and then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place breaded chicken on a lined baking sheet and lightly mist with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
