  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
