- 4 cups fresh spinach (baby spinach preferred)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried)
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mincing the garlic.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until golden brown (about 2 minutes).
